🧠 Trump: “I’m among the highest IQs in the world, 1775”!

Videos here (“Says the moron who finished 364th out of 366 grads from his class, proof why he's widely considered the absolute, dumbest president in history.”), here, here, here, and everywhere.

An explanation:

At a rally in Vandalia, Ohio, on 3 October, Trump recalled officials putting a proposed $1,775 military payment on his desk.

He said he saw the figure and suggested finding another dollar to make it $1,776.

‘Very high, among the highest IQs anywhere in the world, 1,775,' Trump said as he praised his own intelligence.

The claim was not a one-off. At a rally in Gastonia, North Carolina, on 16 September, Trump told the crowd he was ‘quite impressed with my intelligence’ after noticing that adding $1 to $1,775 would produce $1,776.

‘I’m a high-IQ person after all,’ he said.

On the other hand, Trump insists he has the ‘highest of IQs’ and it’s something he got from his uncle who taught at MIT:

President Donald Trump appeared to suggest that he inherited the “highest of IQs” from his late uncle, a celebrated physicist and engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The president made the claim in a sit-down interview with TIME, where he also discussed his feud with the mainstream media, his makeover of Washington, D.C., the war in Iran, and his push for AI.

Trump pivoted from answering a question about whether he “trusted” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman to making the claim that his uncle is responsible for his IQ level.

“Did you see the story about my uncle?” Trump asked the reporters. “I have the highest of IQs. I have the highest. I'm fine, and I understand that stuff. You know, my uncle was at MIT for 41 years, and you know, I'm a—I believe in genetics, frankly, and I understand.”

...

“Trump doesn’t understand how genetics work,” one person responded on X. “Unless his Uncle is actually his Father, than [sic] any intelligence would come from Trump's Parents/Grandparents, not his Uncle.”
