Quick Luddite Notes

🇺🇸 Trump was so presidential in Ohio 🤮

Trump was so presidential in Ohio on Oct. 3, and Aaron Rupar posted a supercut of his ramblings.

â—Ź Just being presidential.

“Just get out and vote. If you do that, we’re going to win, and we’re going to win big. And we’re going to shove it up their ass. Okay?”

● “Telefrico” refers to James Talarico, the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in Texas.

“You know, when I see that Telefrico in Texas. So he’s been a vegan all his life. He’s campaigned on. He’s a vegan, vegan. I didn’t even know what the hell a vegan was. A vegan is vegetables. A vegan is eating a piece of lettuce all day long. But he’s a vegan. He’s a strange-looking guy. He reminds me of Alfred E. Neuman from Mad Magazine, right? No, he’s a strange-looking dude. Little guy. And he’s a vegan. And now he’s gone full-on all meat all the time. You know, he’s in Texas. Vegans don’t get elected in Texas, right? So now he’s out, and he’s telling people, «No, I actually love meat.» And he goes to barbecues all the time. He’s showing because he wants to show, and he eats meat. But what they don’t show is he goes to the back of the tent every time, and he’s throwing up all over the place.”

â—Ź One more time bullying CNN correspondent Kaitlan Collins.

“Fake news like CNN sitting right there. The fake news doesn’t want to run away. She’s such an unhappy person. She’s a young, nice person, but she never smiles. She’s a very unhappy person. But the fake news media, they refuse to talk about our record-setting numbers.”

â—Ź The polymath or polyhistor.

“And I know more about inflation. I know more about everything than anybody in this room. Anybody anywhere in the world.”

â—Ź Or maybe not. But yes.

“Well, there’s a woman sitting right over there that she’s a housewife, but she’s very good. She’s got a natural instinct for business. She perhaps knows more than I do, but I actually don’t think so.”

â—Ź The Republicans give back to the plebeians the money stolen by the Democrats.

“The Democrats kept money, but we’re giving it back to you. They kept millions and millions of dollars. I just sent out nearly one million refund checks for five hundred dollars each, including a seventy thousand, to seventy thousand families in Ohio. You’ll be getting them within the next couple of days. This is money that the Democrats hid because they didn’t want to pay it out. They didn’t want to pay it out. They got caught. We caught them. You know what? We caught them in our great search for fraud, where we’re doing unbelievably well. It’s like shooting fish and shooting fish. But we caught them stealing. They stole from you. We’re giving the money back. It’s already in the mail, the choice.“

● He knows more about everything than anybody anywhere in the world, but not that a Bayer aspirin has 325 mg, not 386 mg, and the baby aspirin has 81 mg in the States. There is an intermediate one at 162.5 mg, though. Remember how he didn’t know what a vegan is?

“And just yesterday, Bayer. I love Bayer aspirin. I take an aspirin a day. I don’t know if it works, but psychologically I need it. It thins the hell out of your blood, I guess. I don’t know if it works or not, but I’ve been doing it for a long time. And here I am making speeches. Bayer. And I like Bayer aspirin, the little yellow. And I take the big one. You know, they want me to go down to the 80. I take the three hundred and eighty-six, I don’t know what the hell it is. It’s a monster. They said, «Sir, you don’t need that.» I said, do me a favor. I’ve been doing OK for thirty-five years. Leave me alone. I’ll switch to the little tiny one. You know, it’s tiny. It doesn’t look right. I’ll switch to that little tiny thing, and then something bad will happen. I say, you son of a bitch, doctor. Now I keep taking the big one. They say, «Sir, you don’t need that. You don’t need it». Thank you, doctor. I appreciate it. I ordered a new, a whole brand new stack of big ones. One of the few things I take is a Bayer aspirin.”
